Getting Started with Sudoku

Sudoku is a logic-based number puzzle that has captivated millions worldwide. While it may seem daunting at first, with these tips, you'll be solving puzzles in no time!

1. Start with Easy Puzzles

Don't jump into hard puzzles right away. Begin with easy ones to understand the basic patterns and build your confidence.

2. Look for Single Candidates

Start by looking for cells that can only contain one number. These are the easiest to spot and will give you a foothold in the puzzle.

3. Use Pencil Marks

Write small numbers in cells to keep track of possible candidates. This helps you visualize the possibilities and spot patterns more easily.

4. Focus on Rows, Columns, and Boxes

Remember that each number 1-9 must appear exactly once in each row, column, and 3x3 box. Use this rule to eliminate possibilities.

5. Take Breaks

If you're stuck, take a break and come back with fresh eyes. Sometimes the solution becomes obvious after a short rest.
